Terms of use

These terms apply to your use of flykurdistan.krd, run by 52commerce (“we”). By using the site, you accept them.

1. What we are

flykurdistan.krd is an information service that shows flights and prices from our partners. We are not a travel agency, tour operator or airline. We do not sell travel services, we do not take payments and we do not make bookings on your behalf.

2. Bookings are with the provider

When you click a link to a provider and book there, your contract is with that provider. Their prices, terms, cancellation rules and customer service apply. Questions or complaints about a booking go to the provider.

We show flights only and never combine a flight with other services at one total price.

3. How we earn money

Many links on the site are affiliate links. If you book through one, the provider pays us a commission. You do not pay more because of that. We say so next to every offer.

4. How we order results

We always order flights by price, lowest first. Commission plays no part in the order of prices, and no provider can pay for a higher place. A separate “compare” button for another booking site in your country is an ad, chosen partly on commission, and is marked as such. More detail: how flykurdistan.krd works.

5. Prices

Prices on our site are indications: cached prices from our partners, up to 48 hours old, shown with the time they were found. The price on the provider’s site at the moment of booking is the one that counts.

6. Accuracy of information

We check our information carefully and show a source and a check date on every page. Flights, visa rules and travel advice can change quickly, especially in 2026. Always check with the provider and with official sources, including your own government’s travel advice, before you travel.

We do not give safety verdicts and we do not give advice about travel insurance. Check whether your insurance covers the region you visit.

7. Liability

We are responsible for the care we take with our information. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss resulting from information that was correct when we checked it but changed later, from the services or websites of providers, or from decisions you make based on our site. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

8. Links to other websites

We link to providers and official websites. We are not responsible for their content, availability or privacy practices.

9. Use of the site

You may use the site for personal, non-commercial purposes. Copying our content in bulk or reusing it commercially requires our written permission.

10. Complaints and corrections

Complaints about our information or our site: info@kurdistanfa.com, or by post to Kronenburgsingel 525, Unit 3.05, 6831 GM Arnhem, Netherlands. Tell us which page and what is wrong. Complaints about a booking go to the provider.

11. Changes and applicable law

We may change these terms; the check date at the top shows the current version. Dutch law applies, without affecting the protection that the law of your country of residence gives you as a consumer.
